We accept Visa, MasterCard and E-Transfers. If pre-payment is not chosen, orders will be shipped C.O.D via Canada Post. No open accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER DESK:  Orders Only Toll Free 1-800-565-5394. All other calls must be directed to the Information Line at 705-389-3120.

The order desk is open between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Outside of business hours strictly by chance, or place your order on our answering machine. Please have all the following ordering information ready before you call: Customer I.D., personal and business name, telephone number, all product codes, & method of payment/shipping – C.O.D. or Credit Card, Canada Post or Purolator.

SHIPPING:

We will do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  We primarily recommend Canada Post or Purolator, however we can also ship large crated orders via Manitoulin Transport’s Intermodal service.

EXTRA CHARGES:   We will charge $30.00 for any cheque that has been returned for insufficient funds, NSF. Crate charges apply.

RETURNS:  Knapton Studios Inc. MUST be contacted prior to making a return. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipping date. There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned merchandise. FORMS WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
