TERMS:
All orders will be shipped C.O.D. cash (unless prepaid). After credit
has been established, you may pay by cheque. On prepaid orders, please
include enough for shipping charges or items will be shipped C.O.D.
Any over payments will be refunded. We also accept Visa & MasterCard.
No open accounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

The order desk is open between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to
Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Other times by chance or place your
order on our answering machine. Please have all the following ordering
information ready before you call… Customer I.D., personal
and business name, telephone number, method of payment - C.O.D.
or Credit Card, Parcel Post or UPS, and Product Code.

SHIPPING:
We will do our best to ship all orders received before 11:00 am
via Canada Post the same day. UPS orders are shipped next day. UPS
pickup is early morning so be sure to get your orders in early the
day before!
EXTRA CHARGES:
No charge for crating. However, we will charge $20.00 for any cheque
that has been returned for insufficient funds.
RETURNS:
Knapton Studios MUST be contacted prior to making a return. Returns
must be made within 30 days of shipping date. There will be a 20%
restocking fee on returned merchandise. FORMS WHICH HAVE BEEN MODIFIED
OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.
